Shipping policy

All orders are shipped as soon as possible and sent tracked and insured shipping. For specific shipping times please check the description of each item.

 

A pre order, is placing an order ahead of time, before the items arrive in our hands, the usual wait time for this would be around 4 weeks, we will ensure to have constant communication with all customers throughout this time and have a designated customer service team at the ready to handle any questions. All pre made (in stock on hand items) will be shipped ASAP.
